Service and Warranty
The instruments and accessories we manufacture are covered by a two-year warranty
During the warranty period, any defects resulting from design errors are removed by us free of charge and returned at our expense. In addition, we offer an annual service of the instrument with the possibility of traveling to the customer, during which we will check the condition of your instrument and its individual components, and if necessary, we will make the necessary repairs.
Service and repairs during the warranty period and after its end:

Transport
You order, we deliver. Safely and on the date chosen by you
You don't have to worry about transport - we deliver our instruments to the customer. We also offer the service of bringing in the instrument, and we will do it all at a time convenient for you. We also work with shipping companies that ship instruments abroad.
The instrument is protected during delivery by the use of a special transport cover and a box.
Training
Would you like to order Sonora, but you are not sure of your abilities? Do you need staff training to operate the instrument?
We are well aware of the importance of knowledge and experience, which is why we have developed training courses to prepare you to work with the instrument. There are two levels of training: basic or extended, and may involve one or more people. Each participant receives a certificate of completion of the training confirming his skills to work with the Sonora Sound Tube instrument.
Join the training during which:
- you will learn how to run a session properly
- you will learn the techniques of playing the instrument
- you will acquire basic theoretical knowledge in the field of music therapy, psychotherapy and physiotherapy

Production of Sonora
Sonora is produced in a large workshop near Poznań
It all started with a meeting of two enthusiasts of woodwork, music and spiritual development - Kasia (musician, violin maker and certified music therapist by education) and Łukasz (mechanical engineer, passionate locksmith and carpenter).
Each instrument is hand-made by us on an individual order, for specific needs and the way of using the instrument. We ensure high quality not only by using the best materials, but also thanks to the acquired knowledge and experience.
We work with companies from all over the world in the field of equipping private therapeutic and rehabilitation rooms, as well as spa centers, hotels, wellness centers, sanatoriums and therapeutic and rehabilitation centers.
